Humaira's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support
A loan helped to buy calves for her livestock business to resell during a festive season such as Eid ul Azha (Muslim sacrifice feast).
Humaira is a 30-year-old woman who lives with her spouse in Muzzafargharh, Pakistan. Humaira has two children. Her native language is Punjabi, which she speaks with her family, and she speaks Urdu culturally and for her business. They live in their own house made of brick that has drinking water, electricity, and plumbing. Humaira has been raising cattle as a source of income for five years. She buys calves from the animal markets, following which she raises the calves until the following season when she re-sells them in the same markets with the help of her husband in some festive season such as Eid ul Azha (Sacrifice Eid which is Muslim Sacrifice festive). Humaira is a borrower of a BRAC Pakistan. She receives financial aid from BRAC Pakistan for her livestock business. Humaira plans to grow her business for a better future of her children. Humaira requested a 50,000 PKR loan through BRAC Pakistan to buy calves and animal food for her livestock business.
