The group named San Blas is made up of hardworking and tenacious women. They are in cycle 18 of the women's committee program. It is a committee that has been working in a united way since 2007.

One of the members is Felicia. She is a retired teacher and also an artisan. She makes ao po'i shirts (ao po'i is a Paraguayan embroidery technique) and ñanduti work (a Paraguayan embroidered lace). She is a very hardworking woman who does not let herself be defeated and always looks for a way to be able to continue helping her family through her work.

She asks for this loan to be able to buy fabric for ao po'i in order to be able to make her works and in this way continue with her business as she has been doing.
