Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

The “Mujeres emprendedoras” communal bank is a tight-knit group where each member (all women) is responsible and very enterprising. The members all earn a living independently through sacrifices and their desire to move forward and progress both by themselves and with their families.

Rossana is a member of the group. She makes a living producing and selling hats. Although her work is humble, she is very dedicated as it helps her to support her family. Rossana is happy with this opportunity within the loan group as it will will be of great help so that she can continue with her business.

Rossana is applying for this loan in order to buy straw, thread, paint, brushes, and tools that she uses as basic materials for making and selling hats. Rossana wants to continue working in order to move forward as a person and to improve her and her family’s quality of life.
