Alice's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to supply low-cost medicines to more Rwandans.

Alice's story

After graduating with a medical degree, Alice opened her own pharmaceutical business in the heart of Kigali. She has operated this business for a few years now and her experience and revenues are a testament to her talent. She already serves smaller health institutions, public and private hospitals and local NGOs. Alice’s mission is to sell much-needed medicine at the lowest prices to her retailers. Lower wholesale prices translate into affordable options for end customers—patients in need of health services.

This loan will enable Alice to buy bulk quantities of medicines at lower prices so that she can continue to carry out her mission. Alice is providing critical goods to make sure all Rwandans have access to the essential medicine they need and she wants to be able to do more. She received an initial loan to supply enough medicine to all her customers. She allows customers to buy on credit so that they can get the medicine when they need it and pay when they can. This loan will help Alice continue to offer a flexible payment schedule to her customers.
