Asma's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy a new sewing machine, yarns and fabrics to increase her income.

Asma's story

Asma is a 30-year-old mother who lives in Multan, Pakistan. She has five children, and she is working hard to ensure a good life for them and ensure that they do not need anything.

Asma’s husband is responsible for the entire family, but he cannot cover all their needs. She wants to help him in any way she can because she is a very productive and hardworking woman, so she decided to open her own tailoring business.

Asma started her business five years ago. She sews embroidered clothes to sell. After she felt that she had good experience in this business, she decided to expand and develop her work. Therefore, she applied for a loan to help her buy a new sewing machine, yarns, and fabrics to increase her income.

She needs your support to achieve her dreams.

Asma and her family will be thankful to Kiva, its lenders, and field partner, BRAC Pakistan, for helping them by funding this loan to improve their living standard.
