Kaday's Female Farmers Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for improved seed, organic inputs and tractor rental, which will allow these farmers to escape subsistence by farming a larger area with a higher yield.

Kaday's Female Farmers Group's story

Kaday (first on the left), featured borrower of Kaday's Female Farmers Group, is an inspired 55 year old mother of five who is passionate about farming. She farms many crops and has worked very hard to build one of the largest farms in the area, which is five acres. Kaday's dream is to produce more and employ more people to work on her farm. Like all members of this group Kaday is trapped in a cycle of high-interest loans for poor quality inputs during planting time. A no-interest Kiva loan will therefore enable this outstanding group of women, including Kaday, to grow.
