Aminata Yaye Boye's Group's story

This group of 23 members belongs to a banc villageois that was implemented in January 1998. It is composed of women who mostly have developed experience in retail, which happens to be their main occupation. They share values of solidarity and mutual help.
Aminata Yaya Boye (standing on the far right and raising her hand) is the representative of the group. She is fifty nine years old, married and the mother of three children.
Her business is selling juice and breakfast.
This new loan will enable her to buy one bag of 50 kg of sugar, ten basins of bissap, two bags of 50 kg of onions, green peas and various condiments to make her breakfasts and her juices.
The profit made will enable her to strengthen her savings and to participate in providing for her children.
