Elinah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for a pig and fodder for it, as well as 243 chicks and fodder for them.

Elinah's story

Elinah is a young woman, 25 years old, who is unmarried and living with her mother. Although young, she is concerned about her future. She has a business selling canned drinks. It only covers day-to-day expenses. For savings, she works raising pigs and fryer chickens.

Elinah has been working with Vahatra for three years and has already had a few fruitful loans. With the last loan, her capital increased. She wants to acquire furniture for her house and needs a loan to achieve this. She wants to save her earnings from selling pigs and chickens.

Elinah wants to purchase a pig along with 350 kg of fodder for it, as well as 243 chicks along with 720 kg of fodder for them. She wants to sell them at the local market, where the customer demand is unmet. So she is requesting the support of lenders for her commerce.
