Las Perlitas Group's story

"Las Perlitas" is a group formed by four members.

Hilda is an enterprising woman of 39 years of age. She is in a free union relationship and has two children, one a minor (17 years old). She lives in Chinandega. She has been selling various food dishes such as soups and gallo pinto [a rice and bean dish], among others, for 15 years. Her partner and two stepchildren help her with her business.

She will use the loan to buy vegetables, firewood, corn, seasonings, plates, cups, and spoons.

She comments that she has been working with ADIM for 3 years.

Her dreams are to see her son graduate and to expand her business.

Dary, who is 22, sells tortillas, lemons, and oranges. Floriselda, age 20, works in her fried food stand, where she sells tacos, enchiladas, and gallo pinto. Marcia, age 34, sells used clothing.
