Tania's story

Good day! I would like you to give us the opportunity to hear our story. After Huracán María passed through our island and its destruction, we had to adapt to a hundred challenges in what is now our reality. With the loss of my home, being able to continue with normality was something impossible, as well as achieving full compliance with a rhythm of Pre-Maria life in a Post-Maria environment that made it extremely difficult. I remember receiving the call on January 7 that my contract was over, it was a long time to think, analyze, scream, cry. Still, sitting still waiting was not an option, there was a long way to go, two engines to fight for and a house to lift. And so, without waiting, the opportunity arose, it was studied and how it is said in the field "we put our hands to work". Tazón de Cremas was born on January 9, 2018, the day when the nerves and anxiety of that morning did not allow us to get off the bus for more than half an hour. But we did it, with tent in hand and a table we started a great story. But we have the certainty that it was the best decision. We have made friends, we have made alliances, we have met nice people who give us not only one day, they give us the power to be part of their mornings. They give us family warmth. There are already almost 11 months of a perfect adventure. From which we will always live grateful to God by allowing us to know, develop each strength and shape our weaknesses as the potter shapes clay
