Raul's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a tractor plow for cattle foraging.

Raul's story

Raul is 61 years old, is married to Adela, and his children are adults with their own homes. Raul and Adela live in the town of Patacamaya, on the road to department Oruro-Bolivia. Raul and his wife live in their own home where they also discovered their business.

Raul makes a living by producing raw cow’s milk, which he collects and takes to a local storage facility. In addition, he also makes a living by fattening cattle and marketing it at a local fair as a second occupation. He works six days a week in the company of his wife.

This is Raul’s third loan from Sartawi Foundation. It will also be used to purchase a tractor plow and to begin farming. Raul and his wife plan to finish the construction of their house and help their grandchildren with their studies.
