Zelia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fertilizer and farming equipment for her next harvest.

Zelia's story

This is Zelia, a modest and an enterprising 33-year-old.

She has a good understanding of and experience with farming which she has been doing for a few years now. Zelia's farm mainly grows betel leaves, which is a very common activity to do in the zone due to the fact that most people use betel leaves for traditional ceremonies and even consume them daily.

When her betel leaves are old enough she always sells them at a local market to generate income for her family. The business has been helpful for her family since she first started because it helps to cover everyday needs and provide a good income for her family.

She would like a loan of 1200 USD through KIF to help grow her betel farming business. She plans to use this loan to buy fertilizer and farming equipment for the next harvest. Zelia hopes to increase her farming productivity in the next harvest and would like to thank all the lenders for the opportunity.

She gives many thanks for the lender because of opportunity to get loan to improve her business and this second loan.
