Anetsitsi's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to start her own sweets shop, selling a variety of items such as chocolates and sweet snacks.
Anetsitsi is a 24-year-old entrepreneur who lives with her parents in the Mwenezi District in Zimbabwe. She is requesting a Kiva loan to start her own sweets shop, selling a variety of items, such as chocolates and sweet snacks. Anetsitsi plans to use the profit she earns to support herself. She will repay the ‘social interest’ on her loan by volunteering 2.5 hours weekly as a CAMFED Learner Guide. Anetsitsi will be facilitating classes from CAMFED’s ‘My Better World’ program with students at her local secondary school, helping to build children’s self-esteem and motivating them to remain in school.
