Naseem's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase a new rickshaw for her husband's transport business.

Naseem's story

Naseem is a 59-year-old married woman who lives with her husband in the area of Lahore, Pakistan. Her husband drives a rickshaw which does not belong to him and he therefore has to pay the daily fee to the rickshaw owner. Her husband wants to buy his own new rickshaw to drive so that he does not have to pay the fee on a daily basis.

Naseem requested a loan from BRAC Pakistan which is a field partner of Kiva. She hopes that through this loan, her husband would be able to buy a new rickshaw with the contribution of savings.

Naseem belongs to a poor family; her husband is the sole earner and they don't have any other source of income. She is seen here with her husband and enterprises.

Naseem seems very glad and sends thanks to Kiva and the field partner, BRAC Pakistan.
