Salafai's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sandwiches, pies, donuts, snacks, coffee, soft drinks, a large boiler, and a chest freezer for her business.

Salafai's story

Salafai is a 56-year-old married woman with 6 children. She runs a small canteen in her community to earn a living. She has 10 years of experience with this business. She is well known in her community due to her delicious food and good customer service. She works very hard to please her customers and gain more profits to help her family’s weekly expenses.

Salafai needs a loan to buy sandwiches, pies, donuts, snacks, coffee, soft drinks, a large boiler, and a chest freezer to assist her to run the business. She plans to use her profits to build a bakery store so that she can also provide services catering food for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, etc.

She joined SPBD in 2012. Salafai's dream is to one day have multiple canteens and more employees to help her run the business. She is very grateful for your support and is also encouraging more unemployed women to join the programmed and build a business to develop their families.
