Ana Cecilia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy ingredients such as corn, oil, margarine, rice, sugar, condiments, vegetables, salt, meat and sauces, as well as firewood, leaf wrappers, etc.

Ana Cecilia's story

Ana is 48 years old, is married, has 3 children, and resides with her family in the municipality of San Pedro Sula, Cortés. For the past 11 years, she has been producing and selling nacatamales filled with chicken and pork meat, and she also sells homemade rice drinks (horchatas). She carries out her sales as a street vendor, and this is her main source of income.

She wants to invest in her business and is requesting a third loan with the institution, in the amount of 21,000 lempiras (HNL), to buy ingredients such as corn, oil, margarine, rice, sugar, condiments, vegetables, salt, meat and sauces, as well as firewood, leaf wrappers, etc. This will help her have more stock on hand during this season, in which there is quite a high demand for nacatamales.

Her goal is to grow her business and give a better quality of life to her family.
