Twikuremubukene-Shingiro Group's story

Clarisse is 35 years old, married and has two young children aged 3 and 6 years old. She is a hardworking woman and lives in the Mudende-Budasubira community with her husband. She is very concerned about her family's living conditions and always works to improve them.

For the past five years, Clarisse has owned a restaurant business selling various varieties of cooked food with only three employees. She is aiming for her business expansion yet she lacks capital to use, which is the reason why she is requesting this loan so that she can buy missing restaurant equipment, tables and chairs. The profit generated by this loan will be used to pay for her children's school fees.

Clarisse sees the future of her business as very bright. Additionally, this is Clarisse’s first loan cycle with VisionFund Rwanda and she trusts that her children will be educated with the help of the profits of this loan.

Therefore, Clarisse is truly grateful towards the Kiva lenders for allowing to offer her this loan
