Saunyama Green Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped it to restock one batch of 100 broilers and to restock groceries for her tuck-shop.

Saunyama Green Group's story

Petronellah is a 40 year old entrepreneur from Eastview, Goromonzi. She is in the poultry, tuck-shop and butchery businesses. She is a married mother of four children. Her husband owns a well- established welding company in Harare. He imparted to his wife some entrepreneurial skills, which have helped her to grow her business from just a small poultry business to opening a well-stocked tuck-shop and butchery.

In order to manage her businesses, Petronellah employs a worker who helps her at her tuck-shop and butchery while she manages her poultry business at home since the poultry business needs a lot of supervision. As an entrepreneur who is seeking to minimize costs and maximize profits, she dresses her broilers herself and sells them in her butchery and sells the rest to other local residents. With her friends, she formed Saunyama Group. The other group members sell secondhand clothes, are into tailoring and also in the poultry businesses. Petronellah used her share of the loan to restock one batch of 100 broilers and to restock groceries for her tuck-shop.
