Michelet's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase smokers, veils, and materials to make hives.

Michelet's story

Michelet is a beekeeper living in Haiti. He has been doing this activity for more than 10 years. All his family, even his children, are involved in honey production. Michelet wanted to exploit the area where he lives because the environment is bee-friendly. Moreover, Michelet gives service in manufacturing queen cages and hive-boxes for other beekeepers.

He already had a colony that he will split to produce more honey. Michelet has a channel to sell his honey and the beeswax, too. Therefore, he is seeking a loan to purchase smokers, veils, and materials to make hives.

This loan will provide more young people with the opportunity to receive free training in beekeeping. In addition, the owner will also hire additional contract workers when he has big orders that have to be completed and delivered on time.
