A loan helped to buy 10 bales of shoes to grow her activity.

Tranquilite Group's story

Madame Elodie is a client of MFI Hekima and a seller of shoes. She is a dynamic Senior Businesswoman. She sells her shoes in the municipal market. She is also the leader of the group called «TRANQUILITE» and the mother of six children who all attend or have attended school.

Elodie began her business with her own funds, thanks to the support of her husband, around 1997. In early 2015, she joined the loan program of MFI Hekima to have more working capital. With this new loan, she is going to buy 10 bales of shoes to grow her business and supply good quality merchandise to her clients. She takes advantage of opportunities at the market to sell shoes to schoolchildren and their parents.

Elodie hopes to make progress with her business, pay school fees, and feed her children. In closing, she thanks Hekima and its partners for the support it offers to entrepreneurs who are not served by the conventional banking system. Thanks to loans from Hekima, she is able to take care of her family.
