Aura Lidia's story
Aura is 32 years old and lives with her life partner. They have three children and live in the city of Roatán, Islas de la Bahía. For the past five years she has worked selling merchandise like perfumes for women and men, makeup, body cremes, deodorant, shampoo, undergarments, children's clothing, and other items such as Avon. Her sales are by order and through a catalog and customers can choose a variety of products. She wants to supply her business and is asking for a loan from Kiva's field partner for 30,000 Lempiras (Honduran currency). She will use it to buy lotions, cremes, makeup, deodorant, shampoo, undergarments and clothing for children, etc. This will help her to increase her inventory and generate more income. Her goal is to make her business better economically and to offer a better education to her children.
