Josephine's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to renovate her rentals.

Josephine's story

Josephine, 42 years old, is a single mother of four children, two of whom attend school.

She is a businesswoman who deals in selling new shoes. She started this business to fend for her children in terms of education and other basic necessities.

Through hard work, she saved up some money that she used to put up a few rental units to get additional income.

Josephine wants to do renovations on her rental hostels. However, her income is insufficient since she used most of her savings to pay school fees for her children.

She has therefore applied for a loan of 3,000,000 UGX from UGAFODE to do the renovations. She is convinced that after the renovations, she will be able to increase the rental fees and also improve the livelihood of her tenants.

Josephine appreciates the funders for the financial support.
