Dios Verdadero 1 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy clothing and shoes to then sell in order to develop her business and grow her clientele.

Dios Verdadero 1 Group's story

Oceta is originally from Haiti. She is a hard-working, 49 year old woman who immigrated to the Dominican Republic 36 years ago. Today she lives in the San Pedro province. The economy of the province is very diverse, including tourism, industry, cattle, agriculture (citrus fruits and above all sugar cane), and informal commerce. The province has many sugar cane mills.

Oceta lives in her own home with her family. She has had a business selling clothing and shoes for 15 years. She dreams of acquiring a small truck in order to be able to sell her merchandise more widely and for her family's use. She has been selling clothing in the San Pedro province in a particular location, as she has her space on Fridays to sell and buy.

Oceta seeks her 15th loan with Esperanza in order to stock her clothing and shoes to sell in order to continue growing her sales and support her household. Support Oceta and her family with the development of her business and fulfillment of her new hopes and dreams.

The Dios Verdadero 1 Group is thankful for your faith in their small businesses and their entrepreneurial efforts to support their families.
