Luis Alonso's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a hammer, sandpaper, a drill, tweezers in assorted sizes, wood, a ruler, paint and varnish.

Luis Alonso's story

Luis, 45, is married and lives with his wife and six children in Tocoa, Colon. For 18 years he has worked making artisanal crafts of clay out of his home. He sells his products in the street and by order. Since he does not have much material for his work he decided to solicit his first loan through the institution for 15,000 Lempiras to buy materials such as a hammer to connect pieces, sandpaper, a drill to make holes, tweezers of all sizes, wood, a ruler, paint and varnish.
With this investment he hopes to increase sales and offer more products to his customers such as knives, plates, wall decorations, garden decorations and more. His dream is to expand his sales to other areas in the country and provide his family with a better quality of life.
