A loan helped to build a clean bathroom for her family.

Sukah's story

Good day, lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Sukah. She is 61 years old and widowed with one daughter. Sukah is a housewife and stays at home. Her daughter has been working as an employee in the Serang District. She is the only breadwinner in the family. Still, her income is barely enough to provide for their basic needs. Sukah would like to improve her living conditions and create a happy and healthy life for her family.

Sukah has asked for a loan of 8,000,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI. This loan will be used to build a clean bathroom for her family. Today her family has no access to a toilet in their home and must rely on the river for bathing. Her family's income is insufficient to build a toilet, but Sukah will be able to repay the loan received.

She and her family want to live a healthy life with clean sanitation. Sukah is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank all lenders.
