Norma Elizabeth's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase quintals of corn, beans, pork rinds, cheese, and other supplies for making and selling pupusas [stuffed corn tortillas].

Norma Elizabeth's story

Norma is 41 years old. She went to school up to the third grade. She is married and has five children, of whom four attend school. Her husband works as an industrial mechanic.

Norma helps a lady sell pupusas [stuffed corn tortillas] at the municipal market. She has also started to sell pupusas in the park, and she sells fried yucca and empanadas at her house. Her children help her with the work when they return from school.

Thanks to her two previous loans, she was able to invest in her business, and she has paid them back completely. She needs a new loan to purchase quintals of corn, beans, pork rinds, and cheese, among other supplies for making and selling pupusas. Norma dreams of growing her business.
