Grupo Primera Vez Group's story

The “Solidario” group has formed for the first time with four enterprising women. It is coordinated by Juana, who is 48 years old and has been making a living buying crops for 15 years. She has been through 14 cycles of loans. She is married and has three children. Her husband and eldest son help her in the business.

With the loan, she will invest in the purchase of crops like tomato, onion, carrot, chiltoma [sweet pepper], etc. Her goal is to conquer every day. With the previous loan she was able to buy a mare.

The other members are Isabel, who is 40 years old and makes a living purchasing crops; Mercedes, who is 38 years old and makes living selling clothing; and Francisca, who is 41 years old and makes a living selling perishables.
