Maria's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy taro roots (seedlings), banana tubes (seedlings), a wheelbarrow, a rake, a shovel, a water tank, a pack bag sprayer, and a digging fork.

Maria's story

Maria is a 46-year-old mother with 4 children. She runs a small business selling taro and bananas in her village to earn a living. She has been engaged in this business for more than 3 years. She joined SPBD in 2003.

Maria needs a loan to buy taro roots (seedlings), banana tubes (seedlings), a wheelbarrow, a rake, a shovel, a water tank, a pack bag sprayer, and a digging fork, all of which will help her business. Maria's dream is that, one day, she will have her own vehicle to deliver her products.
