Toribio is a 55-year-old merchant who lives with his family in the town of San Marcos, an area that has experienced major armed conflict. His beautiful family consists of his common-law partner and their three daughters.

Toribio sells fish by traveling through the streets of his town to offer his products. He is a tireless worker who strives to provide a better future for his family. Sr. Toribio is requesting a loan so that he can restock his business with bocachico, tilapia, and catfish that he can sell at retail prices.
