A loan helped to invest in school supplies and assorted groceries, and pay for farm laborers.

Evangeline's story

Evangeline is 47 years old and owns and operates a sari-sari (variety) store. She sells basic commodities such as sugar, cooking oil, eggs, assorted canned goods, and toiletries. In addition, she also sells school supply items such as intermediate paper, pens, pencils, crayons, bond paper, and notebooks.

She is a married woman and has six children, three of whom are still attending school. She has been running the basic goods shop for more than ten years now. Her husband works as a farmer.

She would like to continue improving the quality of life. That is why she would like to take advantage of the high demand for basic commodities and would like to get a loan to boost her source of income. It will be used to invest in school supplies and assorted groceries, and pay for farm laborers.

She is looking forward to your support to carry out her plan for the welfare of her family.
