James's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for labor harvesting his crops and to buy a pump sprayer to use during dry seasons.

James's story

James is a an enterprising married man with eight children, six of whom are at school, in Masindi, Uganda.

He is a typical farmer who grows maize, beans, groundnuts and bananas (matooke) alongside a motorcycle transport business that he has done for over 15 years.

He was inspired to do farming so as to be self-reliant and to fully educate his children.

Besides being affected by fluctuating prices of agriculture products, he needs money to pay for labor harvesting his crops and to buy a pump sprayer to use during dry seasons.
