A loan helped to purchase metal, a hand-drill and a cutting machine for her son's business.

Lay's story

Lay is 39 years old and is a married woman with four children. She sells groceries and beverages. She has been running this business for 12 years. Her husband works as a construction worker. Two of her children work, as a construction worker and a blacksmith.

She will use this loan to purchase metal, a hand-drill and a cutting machine for her son's business so that he can run his business smoothly, as currently he doesn't have enough materials. She hopes to buy this for him in order to get more income to support their family, and to use some money to buy more groceries and beverages for her store. She wants to renovate her house and her store and have sufficient goods to meet client demand.

Her major challenges are fluctuations in the price of goods, customers buying on credit, and more competitors.
