Rosa Alba's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy pigs, feed and potatoes.
Rosa Alba's story
Rosa, 37, is married and lives with three children and a grandson. The home she lives in is a rental. Rosa is a day laborer, and she raises small animals. Her husband works as a bricklayer. When he has large contracts he is away from home for months at a time, leaving Rosa in charge. She is soliciting a loan to buy pigs to fatten and sell during the religious holidays when demand for pork increases. The loan will help to buy piglets, feed and potatoes to raise them. This business investment will help to increase her income and help cover the costs of her children's education.
