Koharik's story

Koharik is a 34-year-old Lebanese married woman who lives in an owned apartment with her husband and children. She has been working from home as a tailor during her free time since 2014. She also works in her mother's laundry and she gets a fixed income out of it in order to have a good quality of living.

Her husband runs his own electrical store. He has a limited income. Koharik and her husband support each other in handling the housing and kid expenses.

She applied for a loan from Ibdaa, a Kiva partner, to pay her children's school fees so they can obtain a good education and get a high-paying job in the future. Koharik wants to make sure that her children finish both school and university.

She knows how to divide her time between her business and family. She is a loyal mother who seeks better living conditions and a prosperous life full of success for her children. Koharik became well-known and has a good reputation because of the professional services that she is providing in her work.
