A loan helped to purchase additional inputs used in the quarrying process.

James's story

James is a married man. He describes himself as being focused.

He operates a quarry, where he sells stones and sand for construction services. He has been involved in this business for ten years. His business is located in a good area and his primary customers are locals. He describes his biggest business challenge to be inadequate working capital.

James will use the KES 100,000 loan to purchase additional inputs used in the quarrying process.

This is his fourth loan with SMEP Microfinance Bank. Previous loans were successfully repaid.

He will use the anticipated profits to purchase more stock.
