Evangeline's story

Evangeline is a 44-year-old micro-entrepreneur from San Jose, Batangas, Philippines. She is a widow at a young age and has studying children. To provide for her family, she has piggery and poultry businesses. She works hard to give her children a good education and a future. She is glad to know that there are organizations that can help better her business.

She would like to acquire a loan that will be used to buy feed for her piggery and poultry businesses. She is hoping that her businesses will be established and dreams to live a happy and peaceful life.

Evangeline is a member of the Center for Community Transformation and meets weekly with her fellowship partners to share her life’s testimony and business experience with her fellowship members. She also draws strength and inspiration from the fellowship and listening to the Word of God. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 20 members. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social relationship among partners, and pay microfinance loans.
