Manuel is 52 years old and is a widower. He has two children and lives with his family in the municipality of Intibuca.

For 12 years he has made a living farming coffee. He owns the land where he farms and what he produces is sold and distributed in the area.

He is requesting a loan as part of a group for 9,000 HNL. He will use the loan to buy fertilizer and farming supplies and to pay for labor for maintaining his crops and increase his earnings.

His goal is to maintain his crops, increase production, and help improving his family's quality of life.

The group is called G.S Union y Espranza San Isidr and consists of three farmers from the same community.

The group loan is for a total of 28,000 HNL and will be use to buy compost and farming supplies and pay for labor for maintaining the crops to have a good harvest.
