Port-1 De Enero El Floron Group's story

Señora Rosa is 40-years old. She is separated but with her ex-partner had three children. The children are now 21- 15- and 11-years old. They are in high school and college.

Rosa belongs to a communal bank made up of ten women and two men. They decided to come together and form this communal bank, through which they have been able to improve their businesses and their lives.

Rosa is a very hard-working woman. She does everything she can to get her children ahead, as she is both mother and father to them. She sells Avon, Yanbal and Belcorp products (beauty products, cosmetics, perfume and accessories). She makes her sales by going door to door and also from her home. Additionally, she sells bottled water, sodas and ice-cream, which she makes with love for the customers who frequent her business, from her home.

This loan is for the purchase of perfume, lotion, costume jewelry, water, soda and ingredients for making the ice-cream that she sells. Rosa's dreams are for her children to have careers and for them to get ahead.
