Alice's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sacks of used clothing to sell at the market.

Alice's story

This is Alice, a modest and an enterprising twenty-four-year-old woman who has lots knowledge and experiences selling second-hand clothing. Most of the time, she buys used clothing in sacks from the city of Dili, and then sells them back to people in the market.

Alice has been doing this business since 2014. Her business is located at a local market, which is a very good location because lots of people always come around looking for second-hand clothing to buy.

Running the business has made Alice more independent because she can be responsible for herself and also contribute to her family's daily income.

She would like a loan of $400 USD through KIF to help improve her used-clothing business. She plans to use this loan to buy more second-hand clothing for her clothing business. Alice hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank all the lenders for the opportunity.
