Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's story

The group named “Mujeres Trabajadoras” (Working Women) is participating in the poverty elimination program. All of the members have set a goal to grow, not only financially, but also as people.

Sra. Elvira is the group president. She sells beverages, but on the weekends she sells hamburgers and skewered meats. In addition, she works three times a week as a cleaning lady. Elvira describes herself as a determined and capable woman who is able to get ahead. She is a selfless individual who does everything she can to help her loved ones so that they can avoid going through hardships.

Elvira is requesting a loan in order to buy hamburgers and various beverages to sell. This will allow her to continue her sales as before.
