Karagul's story

Karagul is 63 years old, married and has children. Karagul has higher education and works as a geography teacher at local school.

To provide an additional source of income for the family, Karagul is engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming. Thanks to his hard work and his wife's help with the farm, his farm currently has four cows and 15 sheep, as well as 5,4 hectares of land where he grows potatos and clover.

With the goal of developing his business further, Karagul applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 40,000 som (KGS) to buy a diary cow to increase his livestock headcount. The proceeds from the loan will help Karagul to expand his farm and buy a new car.
