Ndiodione Group's loan finished fundraising, but these other borrowers need your support

A loan helped to buy two sheep, a barrel of baobab fruit, ten sacks of sorrel and one sack of sugar.

Ndiodione Group's story

This group is part of the banc villageois which was created in August 2010 grouping very dynamic women who are principally traders.
Sokhna - standing on the right in the photo with her hand raised - is the featured borrower. She is 32, married and the mother of five children. She rears poultry and in parallel also sells ice cream. For the farm, she gets her chicks from her cousin.
With her new loan, she plans to buy a barrel of baobab fruit, ten sacks of sorrel, a sack of sugar and various other condiments for the sale of ice cream. For the farm, she plans to buy a crate of chicks, six sacks of feed and the rest will be spent on vaccines and other expenses relating to the activity.

With the profits, she plans to strengthen her business and to ensure her children's schooling costs are paid.
