Akosua's story

Akosua is 46 years old and she lives in Kasoa, in the Central Region of Ghana, with her husband and three children who are in school.

As a very hard working woman, she started trading after high school, and currently operates a general store, where she retails different kinds of grocery items and kitchen utensils.

Akosua is requesting for financial assistance to help expand her business. She will use the loan to buy more and different stocks of grocery items, such as toiletries, rice, soda, canned goods, bottled water and drinks, etc.

This loan will be of great help to her business and she is looking forward to seeing it grow in the next years.

She intends to use the extra profits from the business to cater for the educational needs of her three children.
