Ruqiya's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy wooden planks, bamboo and nails for her son's shuttering services so he can fulfill a new contract.

Ruqiya's story

Ruquya is a 53-year old lady. All of her devotions are for her son, whom can be seen in the given picture and who is earning a very low income. He provides shuttering services for houses under construction. He builds temporary shelters with the help of bamboo and wooden planks so they can support a concrete mixture for two weeks. Most of his work depends upon contracts, and most of the time he is unable to get any contracts for shuttering services.

Recently Ruquya's son has gotten a huge contract, but he does not have enough shuttering material to provide proper services. Ruquya has requested a loan so that her son can be able to buy more shuttering material such as wooden planks, bamboo and nails to provide his best services.

Ruquya is very thankful to the Kiva and BRAC Pakistan. She is hopeful that the Kiva lenders will take pity on her and support her in the form of loan raising.
