Olatokunboh's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped purchase materials and equipment to develop a fully working herbal apothecary, marketing materials and advertising and gain capital for my business . Will also help me with resources as I provide free education services to youth in Puerto Rico.
I grew up in Kenya. I spent a lot of time with my grandmother in the rural areas of our community. I watched traditional healers work in healing people with herbal medicines. My grandmother was a great healer in midwifery. I too am a birth worker and I have helped a lot of women delivery babies without conventional intervention. Memories of my upbringing bridged with my Masters of Science in Herbal Medicine and Nutrition, impact my business daily. I live in Puerto Rico. I moved there 2 years ago. Since, I now call Puerto Rico home, I am determined to continue to participate in restructuring the islands integrity through health care resources. My grandmothers and great-grandmothers were both market place women in Africa. I believe my entrepreneurial spirit comes from their energy.
