Maria De La Paz's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase corn, beans, rice, detergents, soft drinks, and many other things that are necessary in the home and that her customers request.

Maria De La Paz's story

María lives with her family, which is made up of her husband and children, who are minors and depend on her economically. She has relatives abroad. She is well known in her community for being humble and hard-working. With the need to get more income for her family, some years ago, she began her business of a store with staple products and, to date, she works independently. She tends her business every day of the week from 6 in the morning until 9 at night. One of the advantages she has is that there is a school near her business.

The loan will be invested in the purchase of corn, beans, rice, detergents, soft drinks, and many other things that are necessary in the home and that her customers request. This investment will help her to strengthen and diversify her business and, with it, she will give her customers better service. She hopes to generate more sales and, in the end, more income. Her aspiration is to expand her business and give her family a better quality of life.
