Abdulaziz's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to expand the coverage of his existing wireless network.

Abdulaziz's story

Abdulaziz is a 33-year-old married man who lives with his parents and wife in a small house in Sana’a governorate, Yemen.

Abdulaziz is a hardworking young man who runs his own business, which is a wireless Internet network. He broadcasts Internet to all his subscribers in his neighborhood. This business is his only source of income, and he has been running this business for seven years.

To expand wifi coverage to wider areas and increase the number of his subscribers, he needs to purchase some equipment such as Ubiquiti NanoStation and others. This expansion will lead in increasing his profit, which will enable him to cover the expenses of his family, especially with the increase of prices due to the ongoing conflict in the country for more than three years.

The problem is that this equipment costs a lot, and he cannot afford them, so he has decided to apply for a YER 250,000 loan from Al-Amal Microfinance Bank to purchase 5 NanoStation M2, CAT 6 FTP cables, and other equipment.

Abdulaziz is looking forward to establishing more wireless networks.
