A loan helped to buy metalworking tools.

Jesus's story

Jesús is 61 years old. His children are independent adults and his business is in metalwork. He conducts his work in Quillacollo, a rural area that his often visited for its traditional cuisine.

Jesús lives in a rental house, where he has a patio that he uses as a workshop and where he produces garage doors, metal folding doors, window bars, gutters, and more. He conducts sales at the local market for general items such as windows, and he delivers on the requests at his house.

His tools are worn down and his arc welder does not work, losing him jobs and customers. The advantage is that the locals know his good work and turn to him first. The problem is his worn-down tools. His dream is to open a store in which to sell and work. He hopes to have the necessary tools to perform his work. With this loan, he will buy an arc welder, a table drill, and other tools. This is the first loan that he has received from the institution in his 20 years of doing this work.

For these reasons, Jesús is requesting a loan to buy metalworking tools in order to replace his damaged tools and stop losing customers.
