Jamina's Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sheep skins to make leather to sell.

Jamina's Group's story

This group was created from a Banc Villageois and is composed of six women who all live in the same neighborhood. Their close social unity gave birth to their group in 2014. Their principal business is commerce and this is their 7th loan cycle.

Jamina who is standing on the far right in the photo with her hand raised is the group representative. She is 46 years old, married and the mother of two children. One of them is a boy. Her main economic activity is commerce and so with this loan she will buy sheep skins. She will transform the skins into leather which she will sell in her neighborhood and in the surrounding area to people she knows.

She will take care of her children's education and the family's needs with the profits generated by her small business. Part of the profits will be reinvested into her business to make it grow.
