A loan helped This loan is to re-model the space and fix all damages from hurricane María.
I studied in the University of Puerto Rico twice... Phycology in 2000, but then I went to work as a studio manager with Frank Arzola. Working in this studio I was able to travel all Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Hawai and Europe. After traveling around the world, I decided to go back to school and I graduate from Geography in 2007. In 2008 I gave birth to my only child Kai Lucas and became a full time mom! During this time I discover I had an auto-inmune disease. Because I was too sick, I stayed home with my son and work in my photography projects. In 2013 Costco offered me to buy "salvage" products from them to re-sell. I thought it was a great opportunity to make the money I need it to travel to Germany to see a doctor. The business went awesome, and I was able to go to Munich with great results! The business kept going so good that I had to move from location. The space I found was bigger than the one I had... So I started to announce that I had commercial spaces in Santurce... All the business owner that came were woman... thats when I decided to promote El Mercado Libre as a commercial center directed by woman entrepreneur... and it was a hit! Unfortunately or fortunately, Hurricane María came and everything change... But here I'am transforming the Hurricane into a comercial revolution for my country and for the many Puertorricans. El Mercado Libre is becoming a Local Product Store!!!! I'am proud and thankful for all the people and family that has walked this path with me. For me, for my son and for all of them I work every day! Thank you for helping us too!
